HOLISTIC WORKPLACE WELLNESS

Incorporating dedicated breathwork sessions in the workplace equips employees with practical techniques to alleviate stress and anxiety while promoting mindfulness and self-awareness. These exercises activate the parasympathetic nervous system, triggering relaxation, reducing stress, and enhancing concentration and decision-making. A breathwork-centered wellness program boosts personal well-being, increases energy levels, and improves emotional resilience, leading to higher job satisfaction and reduced burnout.

At Rise Temple we offer a number of different Breathwork programs to help manage stress in the workplace that consist of either in-house lunchtime or morning guided group Breathwork journeys, live online sessions that be accessible by employees from their desks or mobile phones, and pre-recorded sessions via either video or audio mp3’s that can be done at any-time. Please note that I am based just north of Byron Bay NSW, however, I am available to travel to any opportunities that arise and online offerings mean that sessions can be provided Australia-wide or overseas.
