Rise Temple Retreat was created by Amanda Jane, a breathwork and mindfulness guide with a deep commitment to nervous system regulation, presence, and conscious living.
Her approach to breathwork is gentle, grounded, and accessible — supporting people to come back into balance without force or intensity.

No experience is necessary. Whether it’s your first time trying breathwork and meditation or you’ve been practising for years, each session is guided step by step. Many guests describe the experience as grounding, safe, and deeply restorative.

Rise Temple is set in Upper Burringbar in the Byron Bay Hinterland, around 30 minutes north of Byron Bay and 30 minutes south of Tweed Heads/Gold Coast. Our space is surrounded by nature, complete with a spring-fed dam and waterfall, making it an ideal sanctuary for relaxation and renewal.
