At Rise Temple we offer a number of different Breathwork programs to help manage stress in the workplace that consist of either in-house lunchtime or morning guided group Breathwork journeys, live online sessions that be accessible by employees from their desks or mobile phones, and pre-recorded sessions via either video or audio mp3’s that can be done at any-time. Please note that I am based just north of Byron Bay NSW, however, I am available to travel to any opportunities that arise and online offerings mean that sessions can be provided Australia-wide or overseas.
