Welcome to the Harmony Breath Connection 10 week: Slow Your Life, Take Charge, and Receive Clarity on Your Journey Coaching Program!
This personalised 10-week program is centered around slow breathwork, somatic release breathwork, and individual guidance tailored specifically to where you are in your life right now.
Each one-on-one session is customised to help you release negative energy, dissolve limiting beliefs, and focus on the areas where you seek the most clarity and transformation. By the end of this journey, you will feel more grounded, aligned, and empowered to face life’s challenges with greater ease and confidence.
Program Overview
WEEK 1 – One-on-One Harmony Breath Connection: Somatic Release Journey
We begin the program by identifying what you are wanting to bring into your life and what limiting beliefs are stopping you from achieving this. Once realised, we will start with a deep somatic release journey tailored to working through these limiting beliefs by firstly releasing stored emotional stress, anxieties and tension, opening up space for healing, self-awareness, and new clarity.
WEEK 2 – Group Harmony Breath Connection Journey & 1-Hour Personal Zoom Check-In
In this week’s group session, you’ll join others on a shared breathwork journey, harnessing collective energy to deepen your practice and enhance your inner growth. This powerful group experience will expand your breathwork practice and offer support within a community setting. Additionally, we’ll have a 1-hour personal Zoom check-in to discuss your experiences, address any questions, and set your intentions for the coming weeks. This combination of group support and individual guidance will help you feel grounded and focused as you move forward.
WEEK 3 – One-on-One Harmony Breath Connection: Slow Breath Journey
In this individual session, we’ll dive deeper as we explore slow breath techniques to help you embody mindfulness and become more present, not just in the session, but on a daily basis. The limiting beliefs that were identified and that stand in the way of you achieving what you desire in life will be worked on more here by re-affirming and re-programming new beliefs and decisions. Resulting in aligning with your inner calm and authentic self.
WEEK 4 – One-on-One Harmony Breath Connection: Somatic Release Journey
Building on our initial work, this somatic release journey is tailored to address further deep-rooted emotional and physical blocks, allowing you to open up to greater ease, flow, and clarity. This session supports your ongoing healing and alignment.
WEEK 5 – Group Harmony Breath Connection Journey & Personal 1-Hour Zoom Check-In
You’ll join the group for another Harmony Breath Connection journey to strengthen your breathwork practice and support inner growth. We’ll also have a personal 1-hour check-in to review your progress, answer any questions, and discuss areas of focus as you move forward.
WEEK 6 – One-on-One Harmony Breath Connection: Slow Breath Journey
This one-on-one session will take you further into slow breath techniques, guiding you to cultivate inner stillness and mindfulness. This session aims to help you deepen your sense of peace, alignment, and presence, integrating these qualities into your daily life.
WEEK 7 – Group Harmony Breath Connection Journey
The group session will provide a space for shared growth and connection, helping you reinforce the practices you’ve developed. The collective energy will support your journey toward greater clarity, mindfulness, and emotional release.
WEEK 8 – One-on-One Harmony Breath Connection: Somatic Release Journey
This final somatic release session is designed to dissolve any remaining tension and emotional blocks. This transformative journey will allow you to fully embody your progress, preparing you for the final phase of the program.
WEEK 9 – One-on-One Harmony Breath Connection: Slow Breath Journey & Personal 1-Hour Zoom Check-In
In this slow breath session, we’ll integrate all the practices, helping you fully connect with your inner calm and clarity. Our check-in will review your progress, celebrate achievements, and discuss your plans and intentions for post-program growth.
WEEK 10 – Completion & Reflection 1.5 hour zoom
We conclude the program with a final reflection, celebrating your journey, acknowledging breakthroughs, and setting a path forward. You’ll leave with a renewed sense of clarity, confidence, and the tools to move forward empowered in your life’s journey.

Program includes: 6 personally tailored 90 minute breathwork sessions (slow breath and somatic release) delivered in person or ZOOM, 2 complimentary online group breathwork/meditation sessions, 3 personal ZOOM sessions (3.5 hours), 1 tailored 15 minute breathwork/meditation recording for you to do daily for the duration of the program, and access to the free library of daily life experience mini journeys.
