Certified Breath & Mindfulness Guide—also known as The Calm Coach.
I created Rise Temple as a sacred, earth-rooted space for those longing to slow down and reconnect with their true self. Before opening this sanctuary, I was honoured to serve as the resident breathwork coach at The Buttery Private Rehabilitation Centre, supporting individuals on profound journeys of healing and transformation.
I believe slow breathing is one of the most powerful tools we have — and I’ve lived that truth.
As someone who once struggled with social anxiety, I know how breath can reshape the way you see yourself and the world around you.

Each 1:1 our couple session comes with a complimentary infrared sauna session.
For a deeper journey, the Master Your Breath 6-week online course offers transformational teachings grounded in neuroscience, presence, and emotional clarity. Or unwind with The Breath Spa, a restorative experience blending breathwork, massage, infra-red sauna, and guided stillness.
Each offering is here to support your return to presence—gently, powerfully, and at your own pace.

**NDIS Support Available**
Rise Temple offers therapeutic retreats and sessions that are eligible for self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants.
We also collaborate with registered NDIS providers who seek restorative, nature-based pathways for their clients.
I can only describe my time at Rise Temple with Amanda Jane as a gentle, comfortable ‘out of body’ experience. The picturesque drive up through farmland giving way to rainforest, didn’t prepare me for the idyllic setting. Grassy banks, to a small tranquil lake with a waterfall surrounded by lush vegetation… my dream space.
The breathwork sessions were equally as beautiful - very nurturing and safe, yet challenged me to probe a little deeper into my innerself. I loved the format of the sessions and even felt comfortable enough (for the first time ever) to 'share' my experiences openly.
