You’ll find weekly breathwork and mindfulness classes, weekend Calm Stays, and couples reconnection retreats—intimate, overnight experiences designed to restore harmony and presence. Each month, Rise Temple also hosts day retreats that weave together slow breathwork, conscious movement, and creative exploration.
For those beyond the land, the 6-week online course, Master Your Breath, Master Your Life, offers a deeply guided path into daily breath practice, mindset transformation, and inner clarity. Through breath-led meditations, embodied tools, and gentle self-inquiry, this course supports you in creating calm, building self-trust, and reconnecting with your higher self—one breath at a time. I created Rise Temple as a sacred, earth-rooted space for those longing to slow down and reconnect with their true self. I believe slow breathing is one of the most powerful tools we have—and I’ve lived that truth.
As someone who once struggled with social anxiety, I know how breath can reshape the way you view everything.
