I created Rise Temple as a sacred, earth-rooted space for those longing to slow down and reconnect with their true self. Before opening this sanctuary, I was honoured to serve as the resident breathwork coach at The Buttery Private Rehabilitation Centre, supporting individuals on profound journeys of healing and transformation.
I believe slow breathing is one of the most powerful tools we have — and I’ve lived that truth.
As someone who once struggled with social anxiety, I know how breath can reshape the way you see yourself and the world around you.

Reconnect as a couple through our weekend Couples Reconnection Retreats, or gift yourself a peaceful Calm Stay or small group breathwork retreat—a breath-led getaway to realign in stillness and simplicity.
Our Connect • Move • Create day retreats invite you to awaken your inner world through slow breath, conscious movement, and creative expression. And for younger hearts, we offer Neurodivergent-Friendly Day Retreats for children and teens—safe, spacious experiences to support emotional balance and connection.
Whether for a day or a weekend, each retreat is an invitation to return to what truly matters.
I can only describe my time at Rise Temple with Amanda Jane as a gentle, comfortable ‘out of body’ experience From the picturesque drive up through farmland giving way to rainforest, didn’t prepare me for the idyllic setting. Grassy banks, to a small tranquil lake with a waterfall surrounded by lush vegetation… my dream space.
The breathwork sessions were equally as beautiful - very nurturing and safe, yet challenged me to probe a little deeper into my innerself. I loved the format of the sessions and even felt comfortable enough (for the first time ever) to 'share' my experiences openly.
Amanda has a rare gift and I am thankful for a truly life changing experience.
